Welcome home, Deac!

Congratulations on your admission to Wake Forest University! We chose you to become a member of the Class of 2028 because you know how to analyze, create, and question in ways that envision a future that will impact the world. Wake Forest will help you to actualize that potential. To learn how, please make plans to join us for Campus Day on either Friday, April 5, or Monday, April 8.

Find the schedule of events below. We can’t wait to welcome you to the Forest!

Calendar for the day

Here’s what your day looks like:

While we don’t expect any changes to the schedule, we’ll let you know if there are any. We encourage you to check back here before your visit for the latest information.

Wake Forest’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions is dedicated to accessibility in our campus-visit experiences.

Check-in

Reynolda Hall

Reynolda Hall, Green Room

  7:30-8:45 a.m.

Time to WAKE up and smell the coffee (and doughnuts)!

Begin your journey into the Forest by joining us in the Green Room off the main entrance to Reynolda Hall. Check-in begins there at 7:30 a.m. and ends right at 8:45 a.m.* Here, you’ll pick up your nametag and dining card, and start your day in this community that looks forward to welcoming you.

Next, as you make your way to Wait Chapel – located on the opposite end of Hearn Plaza – stop by Zick’s to get a Krispy Kreme doughnut (FYI: Krispy Kreme got its start in Winston-Salem!) and coffee or juice before heading into the Chapel. Please be in your seats in Wait Chapel no later than 8:55 a.m.

Be sure to grab your Wake Forest T-shirt (and other goodies) inside the Chapel. You most certainly deserve a little swagger.

Congratulations – and welcome to Wake!

* If you arrive after 8:45 a.m., please go straight to Wait Chapel for the “Welcome to Wake Forest” session. Once the session has concluded, check in at the Benson University Center.
